Gifts of Distinction, LLC does not, and never will, use wood from endangered trees. For a variety of geopolitical and preservation issues, effective immediately we will no longer be purchasing additional supplies of the following wood species: Honduran Rosewood, Honduran Mahogany (aka Central American Mahogany), Burmese Rosewood, Indian Rosewood and Wenge.
We do have very limited quantities of these woods available and will use what we have, but will purchase nothing further. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes but feel that preservation and the future availability of these woods is more important than having them available now. As soon as pressure on these species eases we will again carry them.
